Director, Transformational Leadership
Chris Roebuck has wide global experience of enabling organisations and their leaders to successful move to new ways of operating and thinking. His unique approach is based on having been a leader in military, corporate and government roles and his thought leadership as Visiting Professor of Transformational Leadership at Cass Business School, London. In this role he develops action strategies to deliver success in the real world through helping those in transition understand that a great project plan is not enough for success; people must believe and want to make it reality and how to achieve that.
Chris wide experience includes being Global Head of Leadership at UBS where his work is part of a Harvard Case Study, led the cultural transformation of the London Underground PPP, developed the first talent and leadership strategy for the UK National Health Service of 1.4m staff, set up an outsourcing subsidiary for KPMG and served as a military engineer in the British Army. He has worked with organisations as diverse as top banks and law firms to the Myanmar Red Cross and Pharmaceuticals, Chinese Space Programme to UK Prime Ministers Office and Energy, UK local government to Middle East telecoms and global retail to the UAE Prime Ministers Office.
Chris has been on the HR Most Influential Thinkers list regularly since 2010 and interviewed over 350 times on TV on business issues. His books on leadership and in particular strategic leadership development have sold globally. “Effective Leadership” was translated into 11 languages.
